About the Author: Lori Crever

Lori Crever is a lifelong performing artist who worked for two decades inside Wells Fargo where she managed communications and employee engagement programs for their international division. She oversaw a formal mentor program that helped hundreds of people to expand their careers. She constructed a workshop delivering mentoring know-how that reached hundreds of others in major US cities, such as San Francisco, New York, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

Her methods have proven effective for mentors and mentees alike and resulted in triumphant career breakthroughs. Lori has a degree in communications and theatre arts from the University of Minnesota. She has been an urban charter school board member, Introduction to Implementing Human Rights into Organizational Leadership course instructor, and trainer of corporate social responsibility professionals in Tokyo.

When not speaking on workplace issues of engagement and inclusion, Lori performs improvisational comedy and is a frequent participant in poetry and storytelling events.
